What do you need help with?
You will only be able to view bonds that are currently issued or lodged, bonds that have been previously released will not be visible. If you have only received bond assistance from SA Housing Trustin the last 24hrs, your bond may not be displaying right away. If your bond is still not displaying, please contact CBS on 131 882.
You will need to initiate a request to release any bond that is no longer required after you have vacated the property. Click here and follow the direction to request a refund.
If you have moved out of the address displaying on your profile, you can initiate a release of your bond. Click here and follow the direction to request a refund.
Yes! You can apply for a new bond prior to moving out of your current property. You will need to initiate a release for the original bond once you have moved out.
